You get a written proposal with the scope and the price. If it looks right, you sign it and we pick a start date.

What you get with commercial cleaning
What does commercial cleaning include?
Our regular visits cover restrooms, break rooms, trash, dusting, wiping down desks, doors and handles, and vacuuming and mopping floors. Floor care, carpet cleaning, windows and pressure washing can be added to the same plan.
Is commercial cleaning the same as janitorial service?
For us, yes. It’s the regular cleaning that keeps a building running. Whichever name you use, it’s one plan.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
We bring the cleaning products and equipment, and they’re included. You supply paper goods and hand soap. Trash bags are yours too, unless you’d like us to bring them, which is billed separately.

When we come and who shows up
How often can you clean our building?
You choose. Every weeknight, a few times a week or once a week. After the walkthrough, we’ll tell you what we think your space needs.
Do you clean at night or during the day?
Both. We can come after your staff goes home, or during the day on a schedule planned around your people.
Who will be in our building?
Top Tier is owner-led. Maxwell walks your building before we start, and he’s the person you call about anything on your account.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us. We want to hear it, and we’ll fix it.
What are your hours?
We’re open 8 AM to 6 PM and closed Sunday.

Maxwell owns and runs Top Tier Cleaning Solutions. He’s a former superintendent for a general contractor, and he walks every building before we quote it.

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Lawrenceville and serve Gwinnett County, including Duluth, Suwanee, Buford, Norcross, Snellville, Lilburn, Grayson, Dacula, Sugar Hill and Peachtree Corners.
Do you work outside Gwinnett County?
