These terms apply to your use of this website and to the walkthrough requests you send through it. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Top Tier Cleaning Solutions. By using this website or sending us a form, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Top Tier Cleaning Solutions is a commercial cleaning company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We serve businesses across Gwinnett County. We are licensed and insured.

Walkthroughs and your written proposal

Walkthroughs are free. Asking for one doesn’t commit you to anything.
We don’t quote prices over the phone or on this website. Your price depends on your building, so we walk it first.
After the walkthrough, we send you a written proposal with the work and the price. Nothing is agreed until you sign it.
Your signed proposal or service agreement sets the work, the schedule, the price and the payment terms. If anything on this website conflicts with it, your signed proposal or agreement wins.
Everything on this website is general information about our services. It is not an offer or a quote for your building.

Supplies

We bring our cleaning products and equipment, and they’re included in your price. You supply paper goods and hand soap. Trash bags are yours too, unless you ask us to bring them, which is billed separately.

Discounts

Churches get a standing discount, and some businesses qualify for up to 15% off. We confirm whether you qualify during the walkthrough, and any discount is written into your proposal. We may change or end a discount at any time. That won’t change a proposal we’ve already sent you.
