Top Tier Cleaning Solutions is a commercial cleaning company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We serve businesses across Gwinnett County. This page explains what information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. The rules for using this website are in our Terms and Conditions.
What we collect
When you fill out our walkthrough request form, on our contact page or in the pop-up form that opens from our walkthrough buttons, we collect what you type in:
- Your name, company name and job title
- Your email address and phone number
- Your building address and the size of the building
- The service you need, a good time for a walkthrough and how soon you need help
- Anything you write in the message box
When you send the form, our website also records the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser and device type. We use these to stop spam and to keep a record of your request.
When you visit any page, our web server also logs basic technical details your browser sends, like your IP address, your browser type and the pages you viewed. We use these to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and set up a walkthrough
- To send you a written proposal and provide the service you hire us for
- To keep this website secure and working properly
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run our business and this website, and only so they can do that work:
- Our web host, which stores this website and the forms you send
- Our email provider, which delivers your form to our team
- Our website agency, which builds and looks after this website
We will also share information if the law requires it.
Some parts of this site load from other companies. Google provides our fonts, our maps and the photos on our Google reviews. Trustindex provides the widget that shows those reviews. WordPress.org provides a few small images. When your browser loads these, those companies can see your IP address. Their own privacy policies explain how they use it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our security and speed tools may set a cookie when the site needs one to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site doesn’t use tracking or advertising tools, it works the same whether or not your browser sends one.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to answer you, serve your account and keep normal business records. After that, we delete them.
